Live Footage From Our Build Site!

Last week we received an update from Irene, our contact in Kenya. After a few tries we finally got some video footage. It is short, but so wonderful to see the progress with the project. Thank you to Irene for sending it to us, I know sometimes it can be a bit challenging with the internet connection.

I will post some more live updates when we receive them.

WTA Wins Awards

June has been an exciting month for World Teacher Aid.

This month we received recognition and awards from the Grand Erie Teachers Federation as well as the Elementary Teachers Federations of Ontario!

This is SO exciting for WTA as it strengthens the Write to Give Program and will help spread the word a bit further through acknowledgment at the Annual Meeting for Teachers in Ontario as well as in the Voice Magazine that is sent out to all teachers across Ontario!

Thank you to my staff and the Social Justice Committee for their continued support!
